KEEP THE MESSAGE ALIVE EVERY DAY

Lifeline Shanghai believes Talking Helps. Feelings of isolation can be common whilst living in Shanghai, but personal connections do help.
To help people connect, Lifeline Shanghai has joined forces with R U OK?, an Australian suicide prevention charity, to launch an important an important community awareness campaign encouraging all of us to support someone who maybe struggling.
We know meaningful conversations with friends, family or work colleagues can play a vital role in supporting somebody who we maybe concerned about.

It can all begin by asking " Are you OK ? "

YOU'VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES!
Staying connected and having meaningful conversations is something we can all do. You don't need to be an expert - just a great mate and a good listener. So, if you notice someone who might be struggling - start a conversation.
